I've been training with Hannah now for a few months and I've already noticed a big difference in both my strength and workout confidence. Not only is Hannah extremely approachable and friendly, but her training style is exceptional. I've worked with PTs in the past who have made me feel anxious and pressured, but Hannah is patient and reassuring, pushing me out of my comfort zone at the right times. Her home fitness studio is also a fantastic benefit, especially for women who prefer privacy during their workout. I can't recommend her enough!
