I have been visiting Hannah now for a number of years for various piercings and will not go to anyone else. Her service is excellent from booking the appointment, to the piercing itself and the aftercare provided. Hannah is incredibly thorough with her work and always manages to put you completely at ease. I have experienced piercings in the past in other places and have generally felt like I've been on a bit of a conveyor belt being rushed straight out the door. Hannah always allows the time with you to explain what she's doing and answers any questions that you may have. She is very quick to respond if any problems arise after the piercing and will always do her best to fit you at short notice if jewellery comes loose etc. I would highly recommend her to anyone who asks and feel that she deserves to well in her business. Hannah is one of the loveliest people you will ever meet. I had my septum done which is my first piercing with a needle so I was super nervous. Hannah was super kind and gentle throughout the whole process. I will be going back for many many piecings in the future. Would definitely recommend for people new to the body mod community.

My sister and I had booked in for a Navel piercing on the website and stated in the comments it for for 2 piercings for 2 different people, as well as messaging her to confirm that. As we got there we had a very unwelcoming greeting and then she was unhappy with our booking as she was only expecting one individual and said she doesn’t take notice of her bookings once she has accepted them. Why have a comment section if you don’t pay attention? She proceeded to be rude and persisted that it was our fault on the booking. My sister felt incredible uncomfortable after this and was nervous to even go ahead as she didn't feel safe in her environment. She briefly checked our anatomy and said how we both weren’t eligible for the piercing. I understand that there are requirements but it just seemed she didn’t want to pierce us from the get go, especially as she told us other piercers would be happy to do it for us and to go else where. She didn’t offer any other piercings for the remaining time we had booked considering we had a gift voucher which she declined a refund for. She then continued the uncivil behaviour over messenger trying to argue against a customer which is just arrogant and not something you'd expect from a business. Not having the piercing done is completely acceptable, but the way we were treated was completely uncalled for and immensely unprofessional.
