Cutting-edge concept restaurant. Service begins at five to one in the morning. Immediately upon entry, the proprietor dazzles clientele by removing his trousers with one hand and producing sake with the other. After an aperitif of two paracetamol, patrons are invited into a dark room where nothing but watermelon-kiwi vape is served for the next thirteen hours. Lunch menu consists of plain Dorito shards and stale oatcakes. Despite being the hottest new joint on the scene – and indeed, perhaps because of its immediate cult status – Hange & Co. has been beset by scurrilous gossip. I have it on good authority that the sauciest Chef in the biz was spied pretending to be a paper towel dispenser in the lavs. Naughty, but it ain’t against the Lawson!
