We had a fantastic experience. Andy and the Hang Framing team made the process extremely simple and smooth, and were transparent with their pricing throughout. We needed to frame a large print (680 * 1000mm), which at the time was not accounted for in Hang Framing's size guides. Andy and the team accommodated our request without delay and were very generous in guiding us through the process every step of the way. We went with a Kirby frame and couldn't be happier with how it looks on our wall. I would definitely recommend Hang Framing for their customer service, reasonable pricing, and hyper-efficient pick-up and delivery processes. Will be using them again.
