Friendly, informal kennels on a farm. They seem to let the dogs have plenty of exercise in a field. Ours thoroughly loved it. Not especially clean on return the first time. Clean and wet the second time. Average cost. Not far from the A19 north of York. Only real criticism is it can be difficult to raise the staff, best text them when you're on your way.

Moss end had been recommended but we won’t use again. We waited for maybe 15mins on arrival with no one around and pressed the bell and called to no avail. We were greeted by two young girls who didn’t ask any questions, my wife had written out all our dogs requirements but the staff were disinterested. We received no message whilst on holiday so my wife messaged after 3 days and received a reply saying our dog was exuberant. When we picked him up we were told he was actually anti-social and aggressive with other dogs, which he certainly isn’t. When we picked him up his bedding was absolutely soaked through and covered in pee. I wasn’t going to leave a review but heard a similar report from another local dog owner.

Just dropped Meggy off (10yrs old & first time in a cattery) lovely warm welcome & we were allowed to take her to her room & settle her with her tea. Lots of space, climbing levels etc, a heat lamp & a fan. Set in the middle of the countryside so peaceful & calm. As we left she was happily exploring.

Superb staff! So happy we have found somewhere to look after our two greyhounds. One nervous one and one overly dramatic one. Very trustworthy kennels and the dogs appear to be very happy in their care.
