    Good staff my problem is I çlicked on the shop website looking for knives,found 2 that I liked said they were in stock, I went to the shop to be told they didn't have any of the 2 knives what I was looking at was the ONLINE store not the York shop, be careful when looking online

    Rude staff member with no social skills and foul language told me he couldn’t refund my purchase which looked nothing like it did on the box after I returned it no more than 3 hours after buying it.. told me I should know it can’t be that colour (as shown on the box) because it would be illegal.

    As far as the items I've purchased, they have been high quality and I am pleased with the product, I have purchased 2x £99.99 sword art online items. However, the customer service is below par. Both times I have purchased I've had issues. The first time i ordered, I bought the item, waited for delivery information for around 2-3weeks before ringing up and complaining, the reason for the delay was because I needed to verify my age but nothing told me I needed to do so. I had to ring up multiple times to get an email address to send my ID to. Second time I ordered, it was a failed order. I paid for the item online however the website said it was in stock when it was infact out of stock. My refund was delayed for months. My most recent order also had issues. I bought an item over the phone as I do not now trust the website, I've learnt to ring up to check stock as the website is not updated. The item I bought was the wrong item (admittedly that was my fault as I ordered wrong) but when I re ordered the correct item and sent back the original item, my refund has been delayed once again. Coming up to 2 weeks once again. I also have not received any confirmation email about either my order purchase, the original delivery update or anything about the return. Overall, the customer service is very poor, the communication between customers and store is poor. With my experience members of staff do not do their jobs properly, I had to get the manager to put my refund in as it was originally not done. If I did not call up as often as I did, things regarding my order such as the age verification and the refunds, would not have been done and would have been left to be forgotten. However, the quality of the items is very good and satisfy a niche market. But if there was another alternative store, I would shop there

    Excellent experience, The shop itself is packed with various trinkets and excellent quality items, the two staff members we encountered were friendly, and the main staff member at the desk was happy to answer the questions my friends and I had. The staff member at the desk was very talkative and quite funny, a delight for my friends and I. I'd definitely go again.

    Purchased a sword in store Sunday and arrived Tuesday evening. Very please with the delivery and how fast this arrived. The sword we originally wanted was showing in stock on the website, however when we got in store we were told it wasn’t available. However we were shown a sword which was cheaper and exactly the same, except this one didn’t have a pattern on the swords blade. We ended up purchasing the cheaper sword which we are very happy with. I was a bit anxious since all of our details were just written down on a A4 type notepad on lined paper rather than being inputted on the computer systems, so I did email and ask if everything was being sorted alright and didn’t receive a reply so that’s the only thing I could comment on is emails could be checked more often. However very happy with our experience and will be ordering some more next Christmas for gifts.
