    been using live foods for at least 8 years, i get the postal system is messed up but im disgusted at the response relating to a tiny order that was supposed to be delivered on a sunday , never in my life had a post office delivery on a sunday and in any case the delivery was by an agency worker not the post office staff, i wasn't in on the sunday and the post office delivered th item on a thursday 6 days after the order was placed, jst had one of the staff asking me to explain why i think they should re deliver the item , when you post an item and it gets to me 6 days later and all dead and for what the item was worth ide have not asked a long-standing customer to explain why i think they should be re delivered , got an order supposed to be arriving Tuesday then ill be looking fr another supplier that is not so negative towards customers. ive left 2 star as the service has been predominantly outstanding apart from a few hiccups, cant stand snotty staff though. EDIT FOR LIVE FOODS , you also tell lies on here as the case has been open on ebay for almosy 3 weeks , i suggest you look again and stop telling people you cant find me as a customer and i wont be ringing anyone , you have had around 30 orders this year alone so please dont lie saying im not a customer , furthermore you migt want to review you ebay and staff answering with a poor attitude the review is staying wher it is.
