Website says - no job too small. Initial meeting to discuss job (which I’d outlined on the phone) was swift - 2 men attended (it needed just 1 really). A week later, still no quotation. Chased twice. Eventually responded with a comment to say there are inundated with work, and hadn’t realised it was urgent. I had stated I needed the work doing before other work was completed, but for now just wanted a quote. Seems like they are cherry picking which work they actually want. Shame as this was a tester job, with more work to follow - but not now. Website is therefore misleading.
