I brought 1 item, from the company via eBay, which wasn't the smoothest transaction. After this I contacted them to purchase some more equipment. And was promised an email, within a week relaying to the information required. No Reply! I then messaged them via a mobile number, which I was given.. No Reply. I then used WhatsApp as I know I can check if they have read the message, which they did. Still NO Reply! I messaged again... After that they never bothered to pick up my messages.. I gave them about a week to see if anyone would reply.and then I followed to ring the office direct, and low and behold i spoke to the original person who promised he will message me the information required on what I asked for, the following week.... and Still NO Reply! I then left it a few more days and I called and spoke to the receptionist who had emailed the person directly to make contact with me! STILL NO REPLY!! I then again left it and called up and had my final say. I told them that I will be spending my money else where. And that i am unhappy that a company can treat people this way.. Unhappy customer 😡
