    Refused service at just after 9, they close at 10pm… utterly silly. I understand closing kitchen earlier by 15-30 before closing properly to save time but almost an hour before?? Very silly..

    We went a week ago and the food was bad the burger came out with charcoal black burnt edges and the taste was not pleasant. The burger had no flavour. Pros : The sides were nice they were loaded chips. The waitress was nice and helpful Cons: over priced cost of £60 for the quality of the food for 2 people, 2 burgers, 2 sides , 2 shakes. Burnt burgers Bad stomach ache for 3 days

    Came for a quick lunch with the kids whilst out shopping.. 18.36 on a Wednesday … not busy was a quarter full , waited outside to be seated, the young girl came over and asked how many (2x adults, 2x children and a baby) she said “sorry we can’t accommodate” and walked off…. Gobsmacked! We actually went to the restaurant opposite and she’s actually letting people in 😂😂 maybe it’s because my forest lanyard was hanging out my pocket Really rude person tbh

    Dreadful. Raw beef burger. 'The Moo Burger' was still mooing. The meat itself seemed really cheap and poor; I've had better burgers from takeaways. A forced tip of 10% of the bill in the form of a service charge. Usually always tip, but have never been forced to do this, especially when the food quality and service did not deserve such a tip. Won't be returning. One star is too generous, but Google does not allow zero so one will have to suffice.
