This is the second time I have called upon Hand cut roof. During the bad storm last weekend, Hand cut roof owner responded to my email and arranged for repair to be carried out. Hand cut roof team pointed out that as this was storm damage I should contact my insurance company. Hand cut roof team was right, insurance company agreed to the assessment. Within 1 hour and half, roofer arrived. 45 minutes later the roof was repaired. The repair report produced by Hand cut roof was more than sufficient for my insurance company, who paid out. I have no hesitation recommending Hand cut roof to my neighbours and friends.
