Had a major Service done on my Claude Butler Explorer 500 bike on Friday 05/05/2023. Took the bike in at 1.30pm and it was ready to collect before 4pm the same day so received first class customer service. Had bike service for £39, 2 new tyres, new back wheel, cass, chain, gear cables. The bike is now running like a dream - better than it did when I first bought it 11.5 years ago in fact! Needed a same day 8 speed chain replacement on my MTB. My DIY service hadn't quite done the job right. So I called up hancocks and they said bring it in now and we might able to sort it while you wait. Sure enough I was there all of 10mins and a new chain and been fitted along with the derailleur adjustments. £20 and I'm very happy with the service, the chat and the tips I was given to keep my gears riding in the sweetspot with no rubbing. Cheers guys!

When I went for the first time I met a very gentle person whose behavior and working quality were awesome. Nowadays a man working there whose behavior is just ridiculous and trying to charge extra money for the repair of a puncture tyre.

Snapped a chain quick link on my giant glory converted e bike whilst riding through Lea valley, walked my bike there and he got it straight in and put a new one on for me. He got me back on the road within minutes. Thanks again 👍
