Recommended by major house builder, only to be very very disappointed. Demmie on phones an absolute disgrace. Politely asked for quote, was advised she would ring back with quote in 10 minutes. Never rang back, tried to ring back several times over several days, no reply. Thought it might be because they had a record of my number and didn’t want to speak to me so my Wife rang them on her number. The phone was answered by Demmie. Same story, she said she would do the quote and ring my wife back in 10 minutes. We are still waiting for the call!! What a terrible company. If they did not want to do the job why not just say? Avoid them like the plague!
