Rented two properties from them - first was riddled with mould, when we moved to the next one there were ongoing problems including mould and pests. This agent did the property up before we moved in but it was exceptionally low standard work - bathroom had to be redone. Paintwork was constantly coming off the walls. When we bought a house they then tried to charge us for this work to be redone. They didn’t let me speak on the phone, constantly arguing with us to try and get our money. The Deposit Protection Service voted in our favour and we got our deposit back. Would not pick this estate agents - in it for the money and do not act fairly. Always go through DPS and do not negotiate or feel threatened by them.
