What types of spirits do you produce?
We produce gin, specifically Hanbury London Dry Gin. It is our flagship product and the only spirit that we currently produce.Where do you source your ingredients from?
We source our botanicals from all over the world, including juniper berries from Macedonia, coriander seeds from Bulgaria, and angelica root from Belgium. We also use fresh oranges and lemons from Spain and Italy.What is your distilling process like?
Our distilling process is a traditional London Dry Gin method. We use a copper pot still and distill our gin in small batches.
