I tried to make an appointment. Initially I left a message as they were closed. I called the next day as I hadn’t had a reply. I spoke to an abrupt unhelpful lady who seemed reluctant to answer my questions. I gave up and told her that I didn’t like her attitude. I said thank you and ended the call!

I had an appointment with Shilpa the Dentist and she explained to me the treatment that I needed and it was easy to understand, albeit even though I had some worries with a previous dentist. I cannot rate the practice highly enough. I am a very nervous patient but the whole team is superb at putting people at ease. Dr Shilpa is friendly and welcoming, but also calming. As well as her very pleasant demeanour, Dr Shilpa brings excellent skills and very impressive knowledge when answering questions. She really is everything one could want in a dentist and I recommend her and her lovely team without hesitation.

I used Shilpa for Invisalign. The whole process from start to finish was smooth and easy. Shilpa was so communicative and answered all of my questions - no matter how silly! Even for the aftercare, Shilpa arranged for extra retainers to be ordered (as I manage to loose everything!). There may be a lot of cheaper options available out there but I am very happy I used Shilpa and the team as the support and service I recieved was second to none. I have already recommended Hamstreet Dental Clinic to others and will continue to do so! :D
