My son went here from the age of 1. The staff looked after him so well. Couple of names include Ranjit, Mavis, Amrit, etc. The decor is a bit dated but the staff more than make up for it. Thank you for looking after my son so well. They taught him to eat lots of different foods aswell.

My two children have attended this nursery and i must say i was very happy with how much they enjoyed going there, the staff and children were very friendly and caring which is why my childen settled there very quickly and throughly enjoyed their time there. My children would always come home happy and tell me all about their day.. they developed very close relationships with all the staff there and the managers. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

I took my son here for a day and found the staff totally unprofessional not just with my child but other children present also. I only took my son for the one day and sat with him for around 20 mins and in that time only one member of staff spoke to me or my son and that too very briefly, other staff members stood or sat around whilst some children walked around crying, obviously i couldnt help but think once i walk out the door my son will be treated the same. The setup seemed fine but the staff working directly with the children seemed far from it, there were no introductions and no one even asked me his potty requirements before telling me it was best to leave now and let him settle alone. I was told by management that some of the staff had been working there for 16/17 years I can honestly say it did not show whatsoever. When I left him there i knew this was not the place (even though it was a first time experience for me) i went straight to the next local nursery with a place available and as soon as i walked in i knew i was right, the staff were sitting down interacting with the children and playing and all hello and smiles, next day i took my son there and they managed to distract him straight away they were talking to him and it was soo pleasant to see that every staff member was interested in what his name was. They let me call and check up on him to my hearts content. When i went to collect him at the end of his first day i found him playing as opposed to hanstead day nursery where i found him distressed and crying. Also after he did not return for almost 3 weeks i had no calls of enquiry by the nursery infact i called them after 3 weeks and let them know that he had settled in a different nursery. Apologies for the essay but a review would have helped me, i hope mine helps someone else as well as the nursery. Regards.
