Absolutely terrible - Avoid at all costs. I purchased an Audi from Hamptons 4 months ago. The car was lovely but the MMI unit was faulty from day one. I informed them there was an issue with it which made the car really difficult to drive. The MMI would constantly crash, shut down and then reload. It did this over and over again as you drove the car, therefore no phone, radio, sat-nav, etc. Now 4 months later, I've been without my car for a total of 6 weeks and it's still not fixed. They don't call back and simply try to ignore me. DO NOT buy a car from these guys, their customer service is terrible and I'm now I'm forced to pursue them through the Motor Ombudsman. I am not a complainer, but this is disgraceful.

I bought a used Audi TT from these guys and recommend them completely. There was an issue that needed resolving and they honoured their warranty promise totally. From start to finish it was a quality buying experience, very rare These days. Worth a visit to the showroom if you're a petrol head if not just to admire some of the stunning vehicles they have there.
