This is the first time my Husband and I have used Hamptons and we would absolutely use them again. We worked specifically with Jack from the Rickmansworth branch and he was great. He negotiated a lower rent for us, went to measure walls for us when we couldn’t get there ourselves and he was always really prompt to respond to us when we needed something! Everyone we spoke to at Hamptons was really lovely, very friendly and helpful and always professional. I recommend Hamptons and definitely go and see Jack if you need anything in the Chesham/Rickmansworth area!

We rented a home in Watford through Hamptons from Sept 2019 -2020.From the day that Jack showed me the house to the final day when we received an email from Rebecca regarding our exit from the property, we only received great service from this team. They sorted out broken boilers, issues with a shower etc and they were always very considerate when sending people to view the house which was for sale during our tenancy. You can feel comfortable in knowing that they look well after their clients-well done team!

Throughout the 3 years I have let my flat with Hamptons the team at Rickmansworth lead by Jenny Hutchins have provided me with an outstanding professional service. They have been very successful in secured new tenants at the end of any tenancy; with only 2-3 days of occupancy lost in total. I feel that property management has been very good value and highly professional. Rebecca Duxbury, our Property Manager has demonstrated that she has a lot of experience in rental management. She has responded quickly and efficiently to any tenant issues and made property inspections on my behalf. I was new to property renting and have found that Rebecca, with her delightful personable manner, has helped me relax and have no worries about being a landlord. She has advised me how to respond to an matters if necessary to maintain successful occupancies. My flat has been returned to me in very good order at each tenant change which I acknowledge has been orchestrated by the Hamptons International very clear Lettings and Tenancy contracts process and the Rickmansworth team‘s constant attention to detail.
