Unfortunately, I would not recommend Hamptons to others. Although our local council is Tunbridge Wells and we have several Tunbridge Wells based agents keen to sell our house, Hamptons simply say it is too far for them. Very poor attitude when other Tunbridge Wells agents have been incredibly helpful.

Hamptons have been absolutely first class. Between 2019 and mid 2022 they have secured back to back rentals for our property as well as providing a top tier of property management to sort any issues - large or small. Then at the end of 2022/beginning of 2023 they helped with the marketing and sale of our property with fantastic results.
