Our experience selling our property through Hamptons Rickmansworth branch have been positive. Within less than 2 weeks of placing our property on the market we had over 18 viewings & many offers. The marketing material was professionally prepared & viewings were carried out professionally with all appointments attended on time. Whilst we lost our initial buyer due to the negative impacts of the mini budget fiasco, Hamptons managed to very quickly found us a new buyer within a couple of weeks. Throughout the conveyancing process Samantha has been very diligent in chasing up our buyers' solicitor & their estate agent in order to overcome some legal complications. More importantly Samantha has always kept us regularly updated twice a week at the minimum. We would recommend Hamptons Rickmansworth branch to sell properties as they managed to achieve a sale as per their initial valuation even after the real estate market & mortgage down-turn which started in October due to the ill-fated mini-budget.
