Tom at Hamptons Liphook delivered what I can only describe as the best service I have ever encountered from a sales agent in many many property sales over the last 35 years. Up for sale on the Saturday and three offers over the asking price within 48 hours. Diligent persistence during a convoluted exchange process, nothing to do with covid just 'issues with the 'professionals'. Exchanged today in a 4-chainer after around 75 days and that was down to long delays from local search otherwise it would have been much quicker. We move into out new home in 8 days time. Thanks Tom, Suzanne and Guy at Hamptons. The invoice came quicker than the offers!! :-)
