I was always sceptical of going to an osteopath but then I was left completely immobile and in constant pain due to sciatica and a friend recommended I see Christian Lutz. From our first session he worked his magic and I was able to walk without a limp and pain free after nearly 3 months! It actually took a little getting used to after being in some sort of continuous pain for such a long time with a constant limp. Christian based his treatment on my condition with what I was able to handle and after a course of treatments over 2/3 months he worked his magic and I was able to play with my daughter again! I cannot thank him enough, he is a ridiculously talented osteopath who knows what he’s doing and tailored a treatment that worked absolute wonders for me. A completely pain free treatment which just baffled me on how effective it was and I could not recommend this place any more, they’re superstars!! The location is great with ample parking available on the high street. The premises are clean, modern and welcoming with a range of available treatments to suit all.

After a few months of weekly treatments for a chronic condition, I want to share my appreciation for acupuncturist Yanrao. From the first very detailed session, I've been really impressed by the truly holistic approach she has taken to the treatment. She is very thoughtful, constantly seeking how to improve / modify the treatment in light of how I progress, or the set backs I experienced from time to time. She is a highly dedicated and I believe gifted acupuncturist. It was my first time with acupuncture. I wouldn't hesitate again.

I’ve been visiting Hampton Wick Health for osteopathy with Christian Lutz. The clinic is easy for me to get to from Kingston, as it’s just over the bridge. It’s a lovely modern and clean clinic and a really nice place to be in. Christian is a fantastic osteopath, who has listened to my concerns and been treating me in a caring and warm manner. All the team I have come into contact with have been so friendly and helpful. I really couldn’t recommend Hampton Wick Health any higher and I feel grateful to have found it.

I had an osteo session with Sabrina when my shoulder painfully seized up following some vigorous manure digging on the allotment. After a thorough assessment she massaged and mobilised the shoulder and gave me suggestions for things to do at home to support the healing process. A week later I am pain-free and back to full mobility. I have been a body worker myself for nearly 20 years, and Sabrina's quality of touch is up there with the very best I have ever experienced. She kept me beautifully at the comfortable edge of discomfort. I felt safe and that she was fully present and attuned to what needed to happen. She's also great fun to natter to. I am, of course, not planning to injure myself again, but it feels great to know exactly where I would go should it happen.
