Update April - was responded to and offered new tickets which I declined and was eventually given a refund altogether. Update - been asked below to contact them and did so but haven’t had any response at all. We just took our 5 and 10 year old here this morning. First we paid for a disgusting spinach and ricotta pastry which was raw inside and contained no ricotta just boiled spinach. I had to swap it for an equally gross toasted cheese sandwich. We then hit the ice which was uneven and so flooded it shouldn’t have been open. No one was able to skate everyone was just walking around, kids miserable, dangerous. We left the ice within 5 mins. What a waste of £60 plus the money on horrible food. It’s been 5 years since we last came as we usually go elsewhere like Woburn but we won’t come back again now. I’m livid and my children are very upset. I don’t recommend this place anymore not at all. Save your money.

Our tickets were cancelled due to the weather yet our booking fee wasn’t! We couldn’t reschedule as the season was closing. Really unacceptable!

Never actually managed to go but a warning to everyone!: even if hampton court cancel your tickets (not you), they will keep the booking fee. Very sneaky if you ask me. I had no choice to exchange so could only refund and now I am down some money because of it.
