We did book late as we were let down by another hotel at the last minute. However, it took 2 hours for the staff to give us a room key because they "had to make up the sofa bed". Once we eventually got the room key, we found the sofa bed with a duvet thrown on the bed with no cover on it and no sheet over the top of the mattress protector. The hotel was massively understaffed and unsure of what needed doing. The manager, Syrah, kept leaving her poor receptionist to deal with all of the customers that had been waiting hours to check in. The two stars are for the breakfast which was average and the fact that they did discount the stay, although given that we had to make the bed up ourselves, we definitely needed the discount. Really disappointing and I would never go back.

Not having the opportunity to work in this establishment, it impressed me at the best possible Reception one occasion to pass on my private details. They seemed well organised and they were very helpful and attentive. They were very polite and friendly with a professional and helpful team. It said lots to be as good as the surroundings they were working in. The impression I had was the hope that my application would be acceptable as the team impressed me so much. With the first impression that I think is paramount to this established organisation and company. Nearby activities: You are made to feel confident in the team that impressed you from the start. The establishment is ideally situated and suitably placed in a Historic area. The main shopping areas are within walking times distance from its inherited railway connections in history alongside a very large and soon to be reestablished with working on the site around where the Establishment is situated, a forethought of an IMPORTANT and established property developer's with foresite and initiative to provide an excellent service to all the customers and good staffing in all departments. Hand picked. Walkability: As informed on the above activities as I have already mentioned. Noteworthy details: Confirmed with the same information as I have given. Well situated Very Impressive and very useful for holidays and business days for a very relaxing and relaxing day(s)
