When checking in there was a problem with the digital key and the person doing the check in was mumbling so I kept having to ask her to repeat herself which was really awkward. The room is nice. Pretty basic but modern and clean. The reviews about the A/C are correct - it is basically non existent. The control touch pad in my room was awful and I had to press it firmly multiple times to get it to work and it kept making cracking noises. It has likely been damaged by heavy-handed visitors however the units feel cheap and flimsy and should be more robust. You can’t set it below 19C, either. Handy location for Arndale shopping centre but a bit of a walk from Piccadilly station. I didn’t mind the walk however if that’s your means of transport then be prepared for a 15 minute (fast paced) walk. Edit: This was originally a 3 star review however one week after checkout my credit card was charged a random fee and Hilton customer service have not responded to my request to look in to this.

Lovely hotel & room was lovely plugs had USB ports which was lovely. Bathroom was gorgeous. Staff were friendly and warming. The housekeepers said morning/afternoon when passing. Breakfast was okay, good selection. Would recommend to go when it's quiet, when it was busy felt like you was on top of one another due to the size of the Breakfast room but that's the only negative thing I've got to say. Close by to the arena and the shopping centre.

Unfortunately, the windows cannot be opened and there are heavy stains on one or the other wall. Still, it was one of the best hotels we've stayed at lately. The breakfast was varied and really good. (Original) Wir waren mit mehreren Personen für eine Nacht hier. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, die Zimmer ordentlich und sauber. Leider lassen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen und an der ein oder anderen Wand sind starke Flecken. Trotzdem war es eins der besten Hotels in denen wir in letzter Zeit waren. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und wirklich gut.
