We checkedin around 5pm. We were allocated the room with faulty bathroom door. Upon request, we got moved to another room which had broken safety door lock, non-operational sofabed and toilet flush not working properly (which was fixed after reporting). The corridor door on the third floor where we were allocated the room, was not open (which we believe is a fire safety issue). No water bottle was provided in the room, which is basic. We strongly felt that we should have booked another hotel more closer to the city center and cheaper (Holiday Inn). On a positive side, we liked the breakfast and kindness of night staff to provide us water and milk for baby. Breakfast and staff was good. Parking is closeby which was good too (£6 for 24 hours). Location is 20-25 mins walk from city center. Walkability: 20-25 mins walk to city center
