SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! CAME HOME AND FOUND MY HOME TRASHED! So many things were damaged ,the fridge was left open, gas left on!!! dog feaces everywhere and my window was broken (no explanation?) DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING THIS COMPANY .The sitter could not even manage to take care of my dog ,we had to send him to the vets. I'm absolutely furious! .Hampstead House Sitters should be responsible but the owner Chrissie could not care less and have ignored my phone calls. This company is a JOKE!!!!!

Very bad experience, after our dog got runover by a car while on the leash with one of the HH dogwalkers we were obviously very shaken, after speaking to the vet, she mentioned that it was very important that we should call the walker in question to know all the details of what just happened to assess the damage. Unfortunetely, when my husband called the owner of HH, she very rudely didn’t want to give him the walker’s details or neither apologised about what happened, instead asking my husband if we were calling to know how the dog walker was feeling..!!! (Only my dog was run over) Understandably, for a person who doesn’ t know the outcome of their dog, my husband lost it and spoke angrily to HH owner. HH owner just kept talking about the way my husband spoke to her... WE NEVER GOT AN APOLOGY from her to this day after thi incident, my husband did apologise for the way he spoke, although under the circumstances he should not. Our dog, was 1 day in observation and luckily no internal bleeding was found, so in the end, fortunately there was only a limp forba week.

Cannot recommend HH enough! My dog adores their walkers who are fabulous with her. The bespoke service is a god send. They have met all of my needs including bathing dog after a walk and fitting in a dog walk in an emergency. Most importantly they are trustworthy. I know my girl is safe while I’m away.

Very pleased with the arrangements for looking after our cat, who happily transferred her affections to Carmen whilst we we abroad. Carmen sent us regular reports and photos of our cat, which were comforting for us to receive. Would definitely use Hampstead Hounds again and highly recommend them.

I have used Hampstead cat Sitters since last year when I had my holidays or short trips away and never was disappointed with their service, actually I m so happy and pleased with them all the time ! 😊 I feel so reassured knowing Fleur is is looking after my cats and when I come back I always find my flat spotless and clean!! They are reliable, caring , with good communications all the way through. I def recommend them and will continue to use them! Thank you ladies!!

I met Chrissie and Fleur when I was looking for reliable, long-term dog-sitters for my two Frenchies, Porkchop and Potato. What I loved the most is that they both stopped by for a home visit ahead of the service date to meet my boys and get familiar with their routine and with my home. The boys fell in love with them immediately and I could tell that both Chrissie and Fleur had a genuine love and compassion for all animals. They work with all breeds of dogs and Chrissie has her own French bulldog and cats and is very knowledgeable in all matters of care and behavior. On the dog-sitting day, I felt relaxed and relieved knowing I was leaving my babies in very safe hands. It was one of the rare days when I was out and able to focus on the responsibilities that kept me away from home. This year, I have two trips coming up and I’m so hesitant about leaving my boys with anyone that I already decided that if Chrissie and her team isn’t available I would rather cancel or move my trips than go with someone I haven’t worked with before. HH deserve 20 stars for knowledgeability and responsibility. 🙏🏻

From the very first introduction, I felt so pleased and reassured and left my dogs safe in the knowledge they would be well looked after. I had updates while away and came home to happy dogs.
