Me and my husband tried different ballet schools in London and I remember when we came to Hampstead Ballet School I thought to myself: Oh my, she takes it seriously this teacher! We have stayed with her teaching until now (even though we have moved out from the UK, Zoom made it possible). Anastasia makes you work hard in a very enjoyable way and you can see improvement in your stamina and body. Although we are nowhere near to professional dancers Anastasia doesn’t allow you to work any less hard.

We have been with Anastasia for more than 10 years by now. We have tried lessons elsewhere but Anastasia is the best. She can engage every muscle in the body and she can make it fun. She creates a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. We have never felt bad when we didn't do something right. No matter if you are a child or an adult, if you are an aspiring dancer or just want to keep fit, those lessons are for you. You will understand what it takes to be a ballet dancer. She has brought up a few of them throughout her time. During the lockdown times, Anastasia came up with zoom lessons and thanks to that we have lessons in our living room in Slovakia which is great!!!

The adult classes bring joy to my life. A little about me: I didn’t grow up taking ballet, but I’ve been learning as an adult. I’ve taken classes several other places, and this is the best class for me. Anastassia challenges me like no one else has! I feel like I’ve improved exponentially since taking classes with her. The class has a range of levels in it. She is able to modify for beginners, and challenge the advanced dancers. It’s truly one-of-a-kind. If you are debating taking classes here, just do it! You won’t regret it.

I have been attending ballet classes for adults for about 2 years. Fantastic way to keep fit. Nastia is brilliant very professional teacher with good since of humor. My child also attend classes and I can see the progress. I would highly recommend to anyone, adults and children.
