I completed my brow training with Jess on Monday and everyone I met at the salon was so friendly, it’s such a relaxed and calm environment. Jess was so helpful when I had questions and I can’t wait to do my nail training next week!!

This organisation is incompetent to carry out compliant course and will take your money without refunding. My fiancé was booked on two courses and one was delayed by this company. When a new date was offered, it was not only not suitable for her but the course suddenly changed name and all other detail. She asked for her money to be returned and was told: “no problem , we’ll post a cheque to you”. That was last year and despite numerous emails and calls, nothing has been reimbursed. Absolutely awful and unlawful. Reported.

I One star is far too much, these people are not to be trusted. Do not buy anything from them. Unprofessional, rude and downright dangerous to offer a PRP injectable course online. I couldn't attend my courses so cancelled and requested a refund. Now they are refusing to answer my emails. To date I've sent numerous emails and a PayPal invoice but now the communication has stopped. They think I'm just going to go away. I guess it's off to court then. No way are you keeping 2.2k of my hard earned money. Shocking behaviour! Update to your dishonest reply I did not book online and so I am not bound by your supposed terms and conditions. I booked several courses with your director Maria Cramp on the phone who told me I'd be refunded in full if I could not attend. I paid by PayPal at Maria's insistence so that I would not be bound by the contractual terms on the website and so changes or cancellations could be actioned easily, that's what I understood. I paid £2250.00 and cancelled a week before the courses started. There was no cancellation fees as the courses were to be provided by your Director Maria Cramp but as a gesture of good will I suggested you and I could agree a reasonable recompense but instead you want to keep all of my refundable deposit. Show me where I accessed materials for the courses? As for you sending emails that's a,lie, you only sent 1 email after I told you I'd be starting a money claim online. You have offered an alternative date but I'm a carer to my disabled husband and autistic son so can't make another date. You have now offered me courses online but I feel that's very unsafe to do injectable courses online and have lost all confidence in you. I have explained all this but you have persistently ignored me and lied. I will be going to court and will be using evidence to prove my case. Lying makes matters worse. I'd urge you to act in the best interests of your customers before I publish the emails and evidence. I would not book with these people there are plenty more places that would treat you better

this place is one of the best place to do any kind of training or any course , highly recommend them ,I have my own business in London and I traveled to Kent and did brow lamination and henna brow 1 year ago And last week I book Microbledding course with my 3 friends, they are very helping I am so happy and glad I came here .. I had few bad experiences in London in Acedamy can’t put there name here ...and that’y I always contact Maria and come here she is amazing very kind and they are just wow definitely coming here for more courses .... and will send all my friends to them only .
