These chaps are awesome! Everything is booked via their website (a good one!) Very easy to use & pay. The chaps are on hand to take a call if you need advice or assistance. Safety is paramount & they will check your vehicle is capable of towing the load you are intending to tow. Trailers are in good condition with all electrics checked. Nic is very helpful and knowledgable when you speak to him on the phone but if you encounter an issue he is not willing to assist. We booked an item of equipment for delivery, however you are not provided with a price for the delivery until after you have paid - Nic is meant to make contact with you to do this, therefore you are not sure what the full price will be until they call - at which point you are not entitled to any refund. When I called Nic to discuss he did not want to discuss the matter on the phone and wanted to deal with the issue via email, its very disappointing as they have a good range at good prices however I would not feel comfortably placing an order with him again as the customer service received was very poor. We are in the process of contacting trading standards which Nic is happy for us to do instead of him trying to resolve the issue between ourselves.
