I had a bank holiday panic when I couldn't fit my removable tow bar into its slot. I feared the fitting on the car had been damaged. I rang round various tow bar repair firms. And not only did Hampshire Towbars answer the phone on a bank holiday, they also very kindly advised me how I just needed to twist and push the handle on the side of the tow bar in a particular way to unlock the mechanism. All without implying in anyway that I was being a clutz. Top service.
