Mixed feelings. We are very pleased overall with the workmanship and product quality but we did run into a couple of issues, meaning the work took longer than anticipated and we faced some additional costs (which were very avoidable). Hampshire Staircase Refurbishments failed to accept any financial responsibility for this and the issues were not resolved to our satisfaction, so a disappointing end of project.
