Great staff and service. I was concerned about coming here at first as no one recommended this place to me but after reading the reviews I felt comfortable and can say that I made the right choice. Better than Mercedes retailer in my town, much more personal and friendly service here. They really care about your car and fix/service it in the best way. Second time here and I definitely recommend.

unfortunately this garage has gone downhill big time !!!!!!! I had two front control arms fitted in May this year and the car has failed it’s mot because they never fitted the bolts correctly. The garage is concerned that it will snap when they try to sort it out. Also front wheels put on so tight they are impossible to undo the bolts so I will have to pay someone to try and get them off. Suffice to say they will never see me again or get any recommendations from me.
