I’ve been seeing Andy for about five years to support my weight-lifting with improved mobility and all I can say is that if I skip an appointment, I REALLY notice the difference. Andy’s treatment is a mix of acupuncture, manipulation and massage and he knows exactly which bits of the body need the most attention; he also takes detailed notes at the beginning of each session and takes time to listen to what each patient says they need. I always feel so much more relaxed afterwards and way more mobile the next day.
