Read through to the end. Arrived on time, was greeted nicely by reception and told where to find a parking space. Online forms had apparently not been saved by their system, they said this is not a unique case & it was no hardship to refill them. However Dr O'Hara's attitude seemed to indicate that I was just interrupting his day. They offer free advisory meetings, I didn't ask for special treatment, if these are not what he wants to do to generate business then they should not offer them Despite being about 30 miles away until I met him this was to be my practice of choice for implants (I need 4) as it looked good with manageable costs, that has now changed purely as a result of his own attitude. Basic costs are on their website but they will not even discuss, much less list, additional possible costs (grafts, sinus lifts etc) until you have laid out £243 for a CT scan & report. (again, a reasonable charge for this btw) Really mixed feelings & so 2 stars but might have been 1 because of the next matter. Serious concern - Further the website claims they offer 0% finance, this is not currently true (don't know if it ever was or not) & they have admitted this twice in subsequent emails. I am really not sure they should still have the click button for this on the website. I am sure that it attracts potential customers to them. Erroneous financing offers should not be click bait, 30 years in financial services causes concern over this.
