Oven cleaned fine but the hob casing was not cleaned well at all originally with dried grease still there. I didn’t see it until the guy had gone unfortunately. The guy was so lovely though and friendly so a bit of a shame. And the quote was very reasonable and they got back to me quickly. I since contacted them about the issue and Joe the manager kindly apologised and came back to sort it out for me and cleaned the hob from scratch again and sorted out the issue thoroughly.

Oven cleaned ok but the removable sides were put back in upside down causing the shelves to be a tight fit and not run properly, had to refit them myself.
