Chris did a thorough inspection of the failing pitch fibre drain which included cleaning it out thoroughly and running a camera through it. He quoted for re-rounding and re-lining the existing drain and also for having to excavate and put in place a completely new drain. He turned up on time, carried out the work without fuss, showed the new drain on camera, cleaned the site and all in the expected time frame and charged as quoted. My next door neighbour was so impressed by his attitude to the work that he asked for Chris's details so that he could use Chris if he needed any drainage work done.

We appeared to have a problem with main drain at the front of the house backing up. Due to being the last house in the road our drains flow quite a way down and couldn't work out where the blockage was coming from. Chris and his team attended swiftly and soon recognised the blockage issue with some concrete debris further down the pipes. They were able to jet / rod and clear the issue within a few hours. Professional and courteous throughout. Will definitely call again. Cheers guys.

We've recently used Chris as we had a pitch fibre drain issue flagged up in a survey we had done for our new house. The survey was done by another company but we asked Chris for a second opinion, and survey once we moved in. I'm glad we did, as not only did Chris identify a section of pipe that hadn't been identified as an issue (which had clearly partially collapsed as Chris was happy to put the camera down there whilst we both had a look), but he proceeded to give us a much more comprehensive assessment of what parts could be relined, versus excavation and replacement than we had received previously. Throughout the quotations and then work itself, he always got back to us promptly, and turned up when he said he would- this is in contrast to two other companies who let us down (unfortunately we find this standard when dealing with quite a lot of tradespersons but Chris seemed to genuinely care about sticking to what he promised to do, and timescales which was refreshing). Part of the job itself became a little bit more complex but again this was done with the minimum of fuss and we were kept fully updated with extra costs (which could not reasonably be foreseen until the work had started so no issues there). Overall Chris saved us a lot of money versus complete excavation and gave us confidence that relining for most sections would be a reliable fix backed up with a guarantee, and everything works fine now. He also expertly repaired a section of our patio which had to be dug out to get access, finding some suitable replacement slabs for us to use which have blended really well. Overall- more than happy to recommend
