    Tried to get through to Adult services today with an on going open enquiry. called, left waiting an hr on hold no one answered. rang call back service gave enquiry number. got call back then got cut off. she called again just a minute ago cut off again. what is wrong with this outdated county council.

    Hiding behind answer phones. Great at putting in a 40million plus bypass and causing havoc to a Medieval village through lack of foresight in realising 6 sets of lights and 3 roundabouts would be avoided in favour of 1 set of lights and a mini roundabout. Residents now have 500 vehicles an hour passing, at speed, their front doors....well done ✅
