Truly brilliant restoration. David has restored several items for us. The most recent being a chest of drawers losing its veneer which looks perfect again and an old bookcase that had damage to one of its wood and glass doors and it is now impossible to tell where the repair is! There’s something magical about this type of excellent work, giving old things a new life whilst preserving their essence. In reality it isn’t magic, it is an encyclopaedic knowledge of his subject, alongside an incredible patience to work through complex repairs.

David did a fantastic job repairing our valued figurine after a nasty fall. The repair is really good, and you would not know that a repair has been done, the figurine looks as good as new. We needed repairs carried out on an antique gramophone that was in a bespoke cabinet dating back to early 1900. The lid had been damaged during a house move with a section of trim broken of and the lid. The repairs were carried out to a high standard it is very difficult to see where the work was done. Excellent prompt reliable service.
