Remarkable service from the Hammersmith paediatric outpatient department on 14/4/23. Sharon Holder & her team went above and beyond to sort out my child's wrongly booked test and later followed up on the results. So grateful to the gentleman who undertook the blood test on a strike day. No words can express my gratitude to all of you!! You showed compassion, kindness and understanding!! What a remarkable team, a true reflection of what NHS is about!! Much obliged. Grateful mum.

I've been admitted to this hospital for a couple of days, and I'm still having my regular appointments with them. Staff of all departments are working very hard and punctually. They give respect to the people. I had a very weird experience at ealing hospital staff, and I thought that all the hospitals have the same staff as they work under high pressure, so it could be normal to get rude and negative with people. But Hammersmith Hospital's staff is falls in totally a different category, in my opinion. They are very generous, very polite and helpful. And they deserve more respect than they gain.

you could be a heart patient waiting for ep study for days and be forced to fast and procedure is cancelled without any communication. Then, someone called Arif working in the Heart care unit as a doctor left a note on the system to move me to another section without speaking to me. What a shocking punch of unprofessionals playing around with people lives and very far from following NHS guide. Also, getting insulted by rude health care assistants and cleaners such as Claire lesa or Hibaq Abdi is very common. Then you get approached by Someone called Ninio, working as Head nurse at the heart care unit telling you to not sleep and pack your stuff because he decided to execute the order from Arif to move you to another section at 11 pm without prior notice or explanation. Not forgetting to mention that there is no duty manager on the weekend or at night ofcourse and Ninio becomes in charge of heart patients lives, moving them around in the middle of the night and stressing them. My blood pressure and heart rate has got much worse and is in contact fluctuations with the amount of arbitrary, unprofessionalism and ignorance behaviour which is spread across Hammersmith hospital. All this leads to 1 simple conclusion... useless leadership!

Tatiana, the best phlembotomist in London for people with very difficult veins! She gets it the first time, every time. I am eager to travel to be her patient. However, I would prefer to stay here. Simply the best!
