    Wrong information regarding the eligibility for the British passport, mistakes transcribing (from the passport) common given name in the birth certificate of the baby that cost me not only a lot of money (90£ for amended, 33£ wasted for 3 copies wrong, 24£ to claim 2 new copies) but more awful the waste of my time! I spent the entire Christmas holiday alone in London with my one month old baby: it was the worst thing!!! Moreover nobody notify me when the document was ready, as they told me, and I found out that I was able to claim it just browsing their website. These offices needs professional staff!!!

    Went to attend a wedding at Hammersmith registry office. The lady in charge of the wedding was brilliant but a young lady called Sinead Fox came out of her office and starting shouting at us like if she was talking to little kid and told us to leave the building. Very unprofessional. I can't believe that someone would talk to people the way she did on a special day like a wedding day. Unbelievable. VERY RUDE.

    On Friday 22nd April they were closed, on Monday 25th April I phoned all day couldn't get through, one call lasted 1 hour 23 mins, and then 5pm came and was cut off. And today 26th April from 9am, despite being "first in the queue", like I was yesterday, I am still trying to get thorough. Appalling service from civil servants, can't get a funeral arranged because of their incompetence!!!!!!!! And the thieves want £11 for a piece of paper that costs 1p.
