Weird place tucked away between tall buildings. Feels a bit unpleasant. People offboard on one side and then if you're lucky you can onboard on the other. If you're not known with the place it's difficult to figure out. If you dare to walk towards a bus that's meant to offload only, staff will scream to you from a distance. Lots of buses don't ever arrive. The app will state it left minutes ago while it never showed up. It could definitely use a screen with accurate information on when the next bus will arrive. Now you really have no clue how long you'll be waiting for.

Totally let down by the toilets. 50p to access following a 3 hour bus journey. No soap, toilet bowls full to the brim with paper among other things, and a record on the wall claiming they had been recently cleaned. Not a welcoming sight to London.

Capacity and aesthetically unappealing station. The part of the station in the Broadway is still partially lit with mercury vapour lights giving a greenish lighting in the dark. With lots of bus stop shelters at the back which looks as if it is more overflow rather than a part of the bus station. It gets a star for the gun ride up and down the ramps if the bus is going into the Broadway part, and another star as there are plenty of shops to get food or pop into Boots... But at night in or out of the Broadway parts of the bus station... It is gloomy and feels a bit ropey. My main annoyance of this station though is capacity. I don't know WHAT happened in the 1990s when they built and opened this station, it is hard to know where to stand to catch bus as there are far too many bus routes for the stands available. The overflow outside station has shelters that depend whether to keep you dry or not as their position and style often let's the rain in... Or you can feel like a Gregg's Sausage Roll as in Summer you bake in the direct sun, the magnified sun through the domed shelter roof and reflected heat off the one wall of glass and steel behind you. I see many people shivering in the outside shelters but I don't feel the cold, but the wind anarf whips round. The inside station doesn't escape the cold and wind as it gets so busy, people are caused the automatic doors to stay open.

Staff are helpful but the station is quite dirty and certain bus times keep on changing.

For buses coming clockwise direction in ti the bus station is not set up properly! The Bus Stops need to be rearangged.Instead of 220 having to to around to stop and collect passangers the Bus Stop should be there before turning left to collect passangers and turn right to exit the Bus Station instead of circling the round about again.or place the 220 bus stop clockwise direction by the hammersmith appollo. Its worse during traffic.

Today i caught the H91 bus from Osterley to Hammersmith bus station. When i arrived i met my friend there to go for exercise. Then we walked down the fulham palace road. Then turned down a road off the fulham palace road. Then we walked along the river side towpath towards craven cottage f.f.c. After that we walked through bishop's park. There were many people out walking their dogs. Also there were many people riding their bicycles. Then we came out of the exit gates right next to all saints church. Then we walked back up the fulham palace road to Hammersmith bus station to catch our'e bus home. To summarise the day it was a wonderful day's outing.
