(W6 GP) You better don’t want to request any prescription here. The arrogant and impolite - for saying it in a respectful way as many other words are running through my mind right now - Debs Fusco will pick up the phone and complaint about interrupting her while the line is at least 5 seconds delayed and on top of that you have to hear your voice on the background every time you speak. She also doesn’t care at all about the patient showing indifference and having to repeat yourself many times as she seems busier being rude and giving you attitude than doing her actual job. In my opinion she is in the wrong jobs as interacting with people is not one of her strengths.

There’s one particular lady called Debbie in reception that stands out for being ignorant, unhelpful, plain rude and anytime I call she has a can’t be bothered attitude towards patients, no regards to what an individual is going through personally. The doctors are overworked and quite frankly will just prescribe you anything to get rid of you quicker. I had been with this surgery for years, it has quickly gone downhill with the staff turnaround and I would not recommend anyone to sign up here, if you would like compassionate & trustworthy care. This surgery need a serious clean out because their staff are just bottom tier.

NEW The worse ever, I called on Friday and they didn’t not have emergency appointments for GP and told me to call on Monday morning they told me the same I couldn’t breath and I had pain in the ribs since Friday. Last time I need help the doctor was neglecting my case and I had to go 3 times with highly infected rhinitis , however she was still giving only drops and never send me to a specialist. Doctors here do not like their job and don’t care for patients! I had to go to a practice doctor at the end !

I called one day to talk to a GP because I needed an antibiotic prescription urgently. I was told that I would receive a call back. I waited 4 hours until I realized they were closed for the weekend and would never call me back. Why did you even give me an appointment if you couldn’t attend ? The crazy part is that I called them twice to make sure the appointment was still on. They just lied to my face over the phone like no big deal. I could just have tried another surgery and not waisted my time. They should be ashamed to called this place a surgery one day they are going to loose they license

The worst surgery (W6)I have ever seen .receptionists are terrible .when I complained about receptionist to manger ,he said she is young .if she is young and you think that is why she can't do her job properly then why you employed her and why you didn't train her properly before . Two receptionist In the surgery which Hang up phone or put you on hold for onr hour and playing with patient . I asked them to tell to manager to contact me and they didn't do it .even they didn't give me manager name to speak I had to change my surgery although it took long time for me to register with another surgery while I really need to see gp. I really suggest them to send their receptionist AND manger to to North end road medical centre to learn what means working with contious AND properly .there are alot this surgery need to change .

I actually love this GP practice. Main reason is that two medical centres are combined together and you have choice of either Hammersmith and Fulham or Charing Cross Hospital. The team of receptionist are the most helpful. I have never came across more polite staff, they are always trying to find available appointments, their advice is so much appreciated. On many occasions two ladies from thr receptionist team went beyond with effort to help me. Great choice of doctors, and some of the doctors will take time to listen to you, make sure all necessary tests are done, and majority of the doctors really care for their patients. I highly appreciate this surgery.
