    Awful. Good luck actually making a booking. Although I had a voucher that clearly stated I could book on weekends the manager has decided not to accept them. As if after you sold a product you can just change the conditions? The member of staff I spoke to about this acknowledged it was illegal, but seemed genuinely afraid of retribution if he went against his manager. Very shady.

    First time experience here and it was really lovely. Reception was really warm and welcoming, I felt comfortable and at ease. I loved the treatments. I got a full body massage along with a hair mask. And i felt really relaxed and pampered. The atmosphere is so peaceful. Such a lovely experience and I will be back again. 10/10 recommend!

    I loved my Hammam spa, the receptionist was friendly. Veronica did my spa. I felt wonderful when I left. The only downfall, there was no where to dry your hair after it was washed, not too much of a problem. I loved my tea. I would definitely be returning and spreading the word. Thank you😊

    I have been to Hammam Spa a few times before and had a relaxing time. On this occasion I wanted to treat my mother as well as myself. Firstly our session was over booked. We got there and there were 3 ladies getting their treatment done who were very loud. Coming out of the steam after our first treatment we was waiting around for 15 minutes. The jacuzzi was not on as it had not be cleaned which was disappointing. Next we got exfoliated and had black soap put in our bodies. Then we went back into the steam room where the 3 ladies were soaping up them self and have a wash in the steam. One of the ladies were shaving her legs. I was not happy about that. When we came out the steam room we were wash off and was give our towel. I said we still have our full body foam massage to have done . So the receptionist had to check. Which I was right so we finally got our full body foam massage done. When getting changed there was no space in the small changing room so we had to get changed in the jacuzzi room. After all of that we just wanted to sit up and have Moroccan tea with some Turkish delight but the 3 ladies who were there before us had out stayed there welcome and was still there making a lot of noise. We were not even asked if we wanted refreshments and not even greeted good bye.
