Hamiltons were sub-contracted by the firm I had chosen to use. They were asked to move a piano on a part load. Those collecting the piano did not have, or use the correct equipment for moving a piano. As a result they damaged the piano taking it out of the house. The consequence of this was that I had to wait nine weeks for the piano to be delivered to it's new home instead of two. When it was delivered they again did not use the right equipment to safety move a piano and the removal men had a poor attitude. I would never use this firm.
