I have nothing but brilliant things to say about this jewelers. I first stumbled in on the hunt for a wave ring with a cheap amazon knockoff that was turning my finger blue! Jamie worked his magic and handmade a copy. We lost our grandad and my parents went in to get a signet ring for my brother and some bespoke bracelets made with a mould from my grandads ring. They were as you can see - stunning! This was mid COVID and Jamie and my dad made the connection that I had gone in for the wave ring and, with myself being redeployed to ITU as a respiratory physio, Jamie very kindly made a matching bracelet as a gift. Fast forward a couple of years and my husband to be (with alot of help from Jamie and our mums) designed a beautiful engagement ring. Just today we picked up our wedding rings for the big day!! Safe to say we won't ever use another jeweler and I would highly recommend their services / expertise.

Hamilton's Jewellers Christchurch (fantastic service) - my wife broke her favourite necklace so I dropped into Christchurch in search of a jewellers, had visited another jeweller in town previously so called there first (couldn't be done I was told). Took a chance and called into Hamilton's who said it could be done without hesitation, so helpful and customer focused, I asked for it before Xmas (a very big ask as it was Monday when I called in) they carried out the repair (Lazer weld) without a fuss and called me today and I collected it. What fantastic service, can't thank you enough for the professional great service. Thank you, you deserve to do well and I hope other customer read this and visit the shop.
