When it comes to that time for your loved one to go into a home, it’s heartbreaking and you just want the best for them right? My grandma is currently staying here. honestly we couldn’t ask for a better home. She has her own beautiful room in which she can have what she likes on the walls/pictures. She has fitted in amazingly, the staff are like her friends. Grandma is always well presented, she’s clean, hair done and nails done. They have a brilliant activities team who bring the home to life. Fab variety of meals and daily monitor food/drink intake which is fab. If grandma has a fall the nurses are quick to update us and take care of her. Carers and cleaners are all amazing and so friendly and nothing is ever to much. We can simply say we can leave her after a visit and know she is in the best of hands and we don’t have to don’t worry. Thank you for keeping grandma safe and all of your hard work at Hamilton house we could not ask for more.

My "mother" has been pampered by everyone at Hamilton House since her first night there June the 30th 2020. Because of the strict restrictions we have only kept telephone contact, she only had good words for the staff and facilities. Yesterday she was taken into hospital, please join my prayers for her and everyone in the NHS doing such a wonderful job.
