    SCAMMERS. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Fake adverts on Gumtree. Fake landline number (transfers to mobile). Fake agents. Fake shop. Fake contracts. Ask for cash up front for properties which do not exist / they don't own. Visited the apartment block to be told by concierge that at least three people had been conned out of money by Hamilton & Co. Disgraceful.

    Scam do not trust this company they place fake adverts on GumTree, take cash before giving keys and never show up with keys or a contract. Have alerted the police. Do not trust this company it closed down years ago. Phone line is dead
