Where to start Customer service amazing, bought my young son a pool cue and case, case was was amazing quality the cue was just perfect light weight perfect size and of the best quality. the package was very secure the cue arrived in the case a lot of care had been taken and arrived next day will be back in the future.

Having bought a cue from Hamilton’s when they were in Knebworth some 12 years ago I though it was time for a new one. Ian was very helpful and allowed me try as many as I wanted, I explained to him my current level of playing and having had one lesson with my old cue my coach said he should be able to help me reach 50 breaks. Having bought a new cue I banged in a 51 break and 40 break on the same day and My game has vastly improved, Great service from Ian I would highly recommend to everyone Thank you Ian Regards Mark
